Dinner with the Stars - Brussel, November 8th - 9th, 2010

Claudio Di Bernardo, Executive Chef of the Grand Hotel Rimini – the most famous five star deluxe hotel on the Riviera of Romagna – has been the protagonist of the 3rd edition of the international gastronomic appointment thanks to one of his own exclusive recipes, simple and delicate: “The Pumpkin Pie” is prepared by using traditional ingredients from Romagna such as the pumpkin, the “Fossa” cheese and the “Mora” crispy porc meat. The simplicity of the dish as well as the traditional ingredients with the typical smell and taste of Romagna, have seduced the participants who have cheered the Chef of the Grand Hotel Rimini.
