a. Hospitality

The Grand Hotel Rimini is happy to offer newly weds the accommodation for the wedding’s night: a beautiful double room with breakfast at the famously rich buffet of the Grand Hotel Rimini.

b. Services included in our menu proposal

  • The table’s “basic” decoration is personalized on the basis of the menu chosen, the season and your suggestions. Any other special decoration of the rooms is upon request, at cost.
  • The table lay-out is displayed in an elegant frame set on an easel
  • Table name cards
  • Printing of the table menus, personalized with the bride’s and groom names
  • Printing of the baby’s menus and colouring set to keep the little ones occupied
  • Musical background with a bride’s and groom’s selection of CDs or the Grand Hotel’s music selection on cable radio.

c. The menu tasting

The menu tasting is offered to the couple, whilst other participants to the tasting are charged only 50% of the actual price of the agreed menu.

d. Duration of the service during the reception

Service is granted until midnight. Beyond that time, and up till 2.00 a.m. a supplement of € 500,00 for the service will be charged, and noise limitations for the music will have to be observed. Service will not be granted after 2.00 a.m.

e. Payment terms

Account of 30% of the total amount at the time of confirmation. Balance has to be settled the day after the wedding.
