CANCELLATION POLICY

From January 1st until May 11th and from September 19th until December 31st, no penalty for cancellations received before 18.00, two days prior to arrival. For cancellations received after that time or in case of no-show, the total amount of nights will be charged. In case of early departure after check-in, the total of the nights cancelled will be charged. From May 12th until September 18th no penalty for cancellations received before 6 p.m. on the 7th day prior to arrival. For cancellations received beyond the above terms the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show or early departure after check-in, the total of nights cancelled will be charged.
